Rebates for green features in new homes built in Brickhouses Road Subdivision
- $200 per unit R-value: For insulated walls with R-value above 20* (limit $2000)
- $200 per unit R-value: For insulated attics/ceilings above R-38 (limit $2000)
- $1000: For geothermal HVAC system
- $20 each: For exterior storm doors (limit $100)
- $20 each: For cordless double (or triple) cellular shades (limit $400)
- $50 per foot of covered porch on the west side greater than 10 feet** (limit $2000)
Notes: Green features qualifying for rebates must be installed and operational before initial occupancy of residence.
* Whole wall insulation R-value not including window R-value.
Building is limited to window area of no more than 18% of insulated wall area in conditioned space for rebate.
** Covered porch must be at least 8 feet deep, rebate covers additional porch greater than 10 feet in width adjoining west side wall of building.
Width extending beyond wall of building is not eligible for rebate.

Lot purchase must be complete before July 31, 2011 to qualify for rebates. Home construction must be complete with green features installed and operational by July 31, 2012 to qualify. Rebates will be paid to home owner by Insana Development, Inc., per contract, within 4 weeks after initial date of occupancy.
